Now that you have arranged collection all you have to do is make sure your instruments are packed securely.
We do our bit and calibrate your instruments. As soon as they are done we will contact you to arrange payment.
We pack your instruments securely and return them to you with our next day courier service – anywhere in Ireland.
How does this work?
There are 4 steps in total – step 1 is the most important, we look after steps 2, 3 & 4.
What’s the cost for this service?
The cost of our collection and delivery service is €10+VAT (€12.30 inc. VAT) from anywhere in Ireland.
Do I get a calibration certificate back with my instruments?
Yes, each instrument labeled and a full calibration certificate traceable to National and or International Standards. Perfect for keeping your RECI or ECSSA records up to date.
Are my instruments in good hands?
Yes! We use Irelands leading top two courier companies to handle our shipments, DPD & Fastway, both Irish owned and all the drivers are local to each area.
When & how do I pay?
After we have calibrated your instruments we will contact you to arrange payment. You can pay by Credit/Debit card, EFT or cheque.

When will I receive my instruments back?
Our typical turnaround time for calibration is 4 working days from the date we receive your instruments. If there are any delays we will contact you immediately.
Is this service just for electrical testers?
No, you can use this service to ship any other types of instruments that may require calibration such as food thermometers, torque wrenches, standard multimeters, dimensional instruments etc.
What if my instruments require adjustments or repair?
No problem, if we discover that your instruments are slightly out of spec during the calibration procedure we will adjust them back into spec. If we find a major fault we will contact you as soon as we discover it and discuss the repair option available to you.
